Founded in 2013, we believe trade can move the human race forward. That’s why our mission at Flexport is to make global trade easy for everyone. What the internet has done for bits and bytes, Flexport is doing for physical goods: giving every business the ability to connect to any customer, wherever they are in the world. That sounds pretty straightforward, but a fragmented and inefficient global supply chain has held the world back from untapped growth and innovation. By connecting everyone in the global economy we can unlock commerce, creativity, and human progress. To do so, we’re building the platform for global logistics—empowering buyers, sellers and their logistics partners with the technology and services they need to grow and innovate. Today, we work with more than 40,000 customers and their suppliers across industries like manufacturing, retail, electronics, consumer goods, tech, apparel, and beauty. Companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—used Flexport technology to move nearly $19B of merchandise across 112 countries in 2021. Interested in joining our team? HyperProbe
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 8 employees • San Francisco
If your team uses Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to ship, you've felt it: the AI is great at writing code, mediocre at debugging it. When something breaks in prod, you're back to grepping logs, adding console.logs, redeploying, and hoping the AI's guess is right. HyperProbe fixes this. Your coding agent dynamically drops non-breaking probes into your running services, straight from your IDE. When a probe fires, HyperProbe captures and sanitises the exact variable state, feeding your agent real evidence instead of flat logs. This fixes prod incidents in minutes from the exact same window where agents write code, without ever redeploying to add a print statement. Under 1% CPU overhead. Automatic PII redaction. Built for backend teams shipping AI-written code today. Install in 60 seconds, see your first investigation in 10 minutes. That's why we call HyperProbe the runtime data layer for AI-native software.

  • Prized
    Prized
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
Prized lets non-engineers build, deploy, and share secure internal tools with AI, no engineering required. You don't need to know where the data lives, what APIs to use, or which connectors you need. Just describe what you want (a customer lookup, a dashboard, an approval flow), and Prized builds the tool on top of the right company data inside a governed boundary. The people who feel the pain of missing internal tools most are non-engineers. They understand the workflow best but are blocked by the software layer, so they wait on engineering, duct-tape spreadsheets together, or increasingly rip company data into Claude Code and Cursor with no thought to permissions, sharing, or governance. Prized makes security the default, enforced in the infrastructure rather than left to whoever built the tool. Each tool gets access only to the tables and integrations it was explicitly granted, credentials are workspace-scoped so tools can't cross org boundaries, and outbound calls go through a controlled layer. As an employee builds and shares, a teammate forks it and re-points it at their own data, and over time the company builds up a library of governed tools it actually owns. Hudson was founding engineer at Gander (F24, acquired by Archer), then full-stack at Suno. Marinos studied CS and ME at Stanford and was on the same Gander team.

  • Definite
    Definite
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 3 employees • San Francisco
Definite builds AI agents that generate the reports banks and financial institutions file with their regulators. Before any number lands in a filing, our verification engine checks it independently. Every line gets recomputed from ledger records and checked against a versioned rulebook, and wrong outputs go back to the agent with the reason, like compiler errors. They don't ship. We met our first year studying computer science at the University of Waterloo, and interned at Meta, Optiver, and BitGo, places where one unverified number in a filing has real consequences. At BitGo, attestations proving customer assets matched the ledger were assembled by hand every period. At Optiver, daily regulatory numbers were rebuilt manually because nothing downstream took them on faith. Today a controller pulls data from the core system into Excel and maps it to the report line by line. By the regulators' own estimate, one quarterly filing takes weeks. The software banks buy for this validates formatting, not truth: a loan mapped to the wrong schedule line passes every check it runs, and an executive personally signs the result. This is hard because verification has to be independent of the model doing the work. Recomputing every number from source records is the only check a regulator or auditor will accept, and it's why DeepSeek v3 with our engine beats GPT-5 on public reporting benchmarks. Every regulated institution files these reports, forever. Whoever proves the numbers owns the layer the filings, the audits, and eventually the books themselves depend on. We build it, and the agents that run on it.

Pharma runs on decades of closed legacy systems like Benchling, Veeva, Medidata, and SAS, with no AI layer and no MCP to connect agents to them. So we built that connection layer in one platform. Our agents run on top of their existing systems and data, with no migration, and do the work across the whole program: clinical evidence, trial design, statistical programming, and regulatory submissions. In just 3 weeks since launch, we're already being used by 500+ employees at top pharma companies, including Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck & Sanofi.

Sidekick is an AI-powered SMS assistant for frontline workers in manufacturing, auto dealerships, and retail. The idea came from Justin's father, who owns a manufacturing facility and asked him to build a tool to help with worker onboarding, training, and organizing company knowledge. Workers text questions in any language and get instant answers from their company's documents — no app, no login, works on any phone. They can send photos of equipment for instant identification or voice memos when their hands are dirty or they're wearing gloves. Managers upload documents and record video walkthroughs; Sidekick automatically generates step-by-step tutorials and a searchable knowledge base. When Sidekick can't answer, it escalates to the manager via SMS and learns from the response, getting smarter with every interaction.

10x Science develops frontier AI models with deep memory to redefine how scientists understand and engineer biology across the life sciences, starting with drug development. AI-powered drug discovery is flooding the pipeline with new candidates faster than ever. But before any of them can advance to the clinic, scientists must deeply characterize the protein therapeutic to understand whether it will work. Today, that process takes months of manual, error-prone analysis that cannot keep pace with discovery. Our AI-native platform automates it, giving drug developers the confidence to advance the right candidates and stop the wrong ones early. We have strong commercial traction with enterprise pharma customers. Our founding team built the field of next-generation protein characterization out of Carolyn Bertozzi's Nobel laureate lab at Stanford. Collectively, we have 18+ years of collective domain expertise, 47+ scientific publications, and a 2x YC Founder. • Moss
    Moss
    Y Combinator LogoF2025
    Active • 5 employees • San Francisco
Moss is building the real-time semantic search runtime for conversational and multimodal AI. Our system enables voice agents, copilots, and chat interfaces to retrieve, reason, and respond in sub-10 ms, delivering the responsiveness that makes AI interactions feel truly natural. If you’ve ever built a conversational or voice AI product, you’ve felt the lag. That moment when an agent pauses and the illusion of intelligence breaks. The bottleneck is almost always retrieval. Each query hops across networks and databases, adding delay and cost. Moss eliminates that gap by keeping retrieval close to where the agent runs. Moss runs natively across browsers, mobile devices, and servers with an optimized vector index built in Rust and WebAssembly. It enables teams to build AI products that feel instant, contextual, and adaptive. The experiences that sustain engagement and unlock new kinds of interaction. For our customers, this translates into tangible business value: stronger user retention, higher conversion, and entirely new product categories made possible by real-time understanding. Moss is already powering production pilots across voice AI and developer platforms, achieving sub-10 ms retrieval and 70–90% token savings compared to traditional pipelines.

Aside is an AI browser that completes real work across the websites you already use. Unlike agents that depend on integrations, Aside uses the web the way you do. Browsing history becomes local memory, so it knows which tools and context matter. Its password manager lets agents autofill credentials without exposing secrets to the AI. Sensitive actions like payments, posts, and messages wait for your approval. Aside achieved a state-of-the-art on agentic browsing tasks. Aside is ranked #1 across Mind2Web, Odyssey, bu-bench-v1, outperforming Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Atlas's result.

Uplane replaces marketing agencies with AI. We generate hundreds of ads with matching landing pages and steer the ad spend across channels like Meta, Google, LinkedIn and others. By connecting to CRM and ERP data, Uplane learns what drives profits and continuously improves campaigns. Companies waste billions on bad ads, mismatched landing pages, and poor budget allocation. Uplane fixes this by replacing a patchwork of agencies, spreadsheets, and siloed tools with one self-improving system. The result: Higher ROAS for enterprises and effortless, expert-level marketing for SMBs.

We automate patent infringement detection. Our software interprets patents, identifies competing products, and generates claim charts showing who’s infringing and how. Teams use us to: - Find licensing and litigation targets - Send cease-and-desist letters - Find counter litigation - Sell IP in wind-downs - Accelerate M&A diligence We also run AI invalidity and prior-art searches to help your patents hold up in court. Companies spend up to $50k to file and maintain a single patent over its lifetime, but once it's granted, they let it collect dust. With Patent Watch, you can start turning your patent portfolio into revenue in 10 minutes.

OnDeck is the infrastructure layer that makes Vision Language Models accessible and scalable for enterprise. We let organizations instantly find any object, behavior or event, in any footage, without needing to train a model or collect any training data. The Pain: Creating vision models usually takes months: collecting training data, training, then deployment. Worse yet: + it’s often impossible to get enough data for a specific task, and + even the best cv models struggle to generalize across diverse camera setups, workflows and environments. To overcome these blockers, we bet early on the power of VLMs and built a vision engine that can generalize across any task and doesn’t need any training data. We published a NeurIPS workshop paper showing our new methods with VLMs beat traditional CV even at niche tasks. Our current customers include: - National Defense Organizations - Robotics Research - Security cameras - Behaviour analysis for port monitoring - Off-shore oil & gas monitoring

Frizzle uses AI to grade handwritten math assignments for teachers and transform them into rich analytics and differentiated assessment to help personalize instruction for every student. Teachers spend over 10 hours a week or 25% of all their work grading - Frizzle does it in minutes. Frizzle is the most valuable piece of software for teachers ever, as it eliminates the most time-consuming part of their workflow so they can focus on teaching. Frizzle shifts education from waterfall to agile learning. Instead of waiting for end-of-unit tests to discover gaps, teachers get continuous, real-time insight into student thinking from everyday work. Feedback becomes immediate, instruction adapts weekly, and learning iterates (measure, adjust, improve) so every student progresses faster with less teacher burnout. Frizzle was named an official White House AI Education Partner alongside OpenAI and Meta: https://www.whitehouse.gov/edai/. Frizzle was co-founded by Abhay Gupta and Shyam Sai, who met in high school over 10 years ago.
