    Active • 3,000 employees • San Francisco
Founded in 2013, we believe trade can move the human race forward. That’s why our mission at Flexport is to make global trade easy for everyone. What the internet has done for bits and bytes, Flexport is doing for physical goods: giving every business the ability to connect to any customer, wherever they are in the world. That sounds pretty straightforward, but a fragmented and inefficient global supply chain has held the world back from untapped growth and innovation. By connecting everyone in the global economy we can unlock commerce, creativity, and human progress. To do so, we’re building the platform for global logistics—empowering buyers, sellers and their logistics partners with the technology and services they need to grow and innovate. Today, we work with more than 40,000 customers and their suppliers across industries like manufacturing, retail, electronics, consumer goods, tech, apparel, and beauty. Companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—used Flexport technology to move nearly $19B of merchandise across 112 countries in 2021. Interested in joining our team? * Ready to Use Instantly: Skip the complex server setup. It comes pre loaded with top AI Agents (like Claude Code and Hermes) so your agents can start working immediately. * Keep Your Work Safe: Unlike other systems that delete everything when they finish a task, these sandboxes remember your files, code, and settings forever until you delete them. * Pay Only for What You Use: Stop paying for idle servers. You pay a tiny fee to store your files, but you only pay for compute power during the exact minutes your AI is actively running. * Zero Infrastructure Headaches: You don’t need to be a senior DevOps engineer or manage complex cloud networks. One simple command handles the entire backend for you. * Connect to Any App: Allow your AI agents to securely log into and interact with everyday tools like Slack, Gmail, and GitHub in just a few clicks.

  • Mirrors
    Mirrors
    Y Combinator LogoF2026
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
Mirrors provides regression testing for AI agents. Teams shipping agents constantly change prompts, models, and tools, and there's no way to test any of it. Agents call bespoke internal tools and APIs no test framework can reproduce, so most teams ship on vibes. Mirrors rebuilds the tools your agent calls from your own production traces, then replays real sessions against every change before it merges. You see which tool calls changed, which arguments moved, and where state landed differently. And when something fails, we tell you whether your agent regressed or something upstream moved. Built for teams whose agents take irreversible actions. Refunds, record updates, outbound email. Runs in your CI on every PR.

  • CarSignal
    CarSignal
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
CarSignal is the AI-native operating system for independent auto repair shops. Most shops still run each repair across disconnected management software, scan tools, parts catalogs, service information, texts, spreadsheets, and knowledge kept in technicians’ heads. That fragmentation slows diagnosis, creates duplicate processes, and leaves customers waiting. CarSignal connects the full repair process in one system. AI agents research vehicle-specific failure patterns and surface the tests that confirm or rule out each cause. The same system carries each job from booking and intake through inspections, estimates, parts, approvals, payment, and follow-up, so technicians spend less time searching and updating systems and more time fixing cars.

  • PokerClubHub
    PokerClubHub
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
Active0 • Puntarenas Province, Jaco, Costa Rica
TL;DR: PokerClubHub is the first licensed poker club platform. We protect players’ deposits and allow anyone to open their own poker club and make money. Regulated online poker sites like PokerStars have open player pools and thus are full of pros and bots, driving players to unregulated private clubs. Existing poker club platforms like ClubGG have no payments processing. Players deposit with a club owner by sending them crypto for play-money chips. In theory, these chips can be exchanged back for money. However, players can get scammed and withdrawing takes ages. This model is also broken for honest club owners who have to manually process hundreds of deposits a day. They lose out on rake when they sleep and struggle to get players to trust them. On PokerClubhub, players deposit with PokerClubHub, not the club owner. We handle all deposits and withdrawals for the club owner, saving them time and increasing their earnings. We pay the rake (if any) to club owners as affiliate fees. We hold the same gaming license as BetHog (built by founders of FanDuel) and Nexa Poker (part of World Poker Tour). Player deposits are secured using Fireblocks. You can also play rake-free games with your friends and acquaintances on our platform. We ensure that everyone pays up.

    HyperProbe
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 8 employees • San Francisco
With tools like Cursor and Claude Code, writing software is no longer the bottleneck. Debugging is. Agents cannot fix production crashes using logs and traces that were sized for human eyeballs. The gap is missing data. HyperProbe allows agents to debug live software autonomously. Our SDK drops non-breaking probes straight into running services to read exact variable states from memory at the moment of failure, instead of reasoning backwards from flat logs. Zero redeploys. Under 1% CPU overhead. Automatic PII redaction. We turn 4-hour production war rooms into 10-minute automated resolutions. As agents write and operate more of the world's software, HyperProbe is the runtime observability layer that lets them understand what they built.

We build Maxxwell, a desktop app for people who run several coding agents at once. Past two or three sessions, you become the bottleneck. Every session asks you something, most of it small, and you spend the day answering instead of deciding. It is also hard to tell which sessions are making progress, which are stuck on something trivial, and which have quietly started building the wrong thing. Maxxwell puts every session in one window and marks each one working, idle, or waiting on you. On top of that sits an orchestrator, a real coding-agent session of its own that reads the others and reports back. You talk to it instead of to twelve terminals. It tells you what landed, what it decided for you, and what actually needs your call. Every worker is your own tool, unmodified. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor Agent run in real terminal sessions you can attach to and take over at any point

  • Definite
    Definite
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 3 employees • San Francisco
Definite is where finance teams build everyday back-office agents on one live model of their books. We plug into your ERP, ledger, payroll, and payments read-only and compile everything into one clean model that stays current as money moves. Your back-office team then builds agents on top in plain English. We never write back and we never move money. The agents are yours, the plumbing is ours. We met in first year computer science at Waterloo and interned at Meta, Optiver, and BitGo. At Optiver they ran an n8n hackathon and the interns automated basically nothing. It couldn't talk to the systems that mattered. When we pitched banks and fintechs on agents, they kept telling us the same thing. The agent isn't the hard part, getting clean data out of their systems is. Right now, automating anything in a back office means engineers hand-stitching data from a dozen sources in different formats on different schedules. Tools like n8n and Workato assume your data is already clean and joined. In finance it never is. So the teams with the most repetitive work and smallest budgets get nothing. The hard part is the compiler. Every source gets cleaned, matched, and joined into one live model of transactions, invoices, vendors, and payments, and it has to stay right as money lands every day. Everyone throws engineers at this. We're doing it once so nobody has to again. Every back office is getting agents eventually. Whoever owns the data they read from owns the thing all of them depend on, and eventually the books themselves. That's what we're building.

    Y Combinator LogoP2026
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
I run Enjamb. We've worked with 130 life science companies, preclinical through phase 3, to deploy AI securely inside the systems they already work in. Pharma runs on decades of closed software like Benchling, Veeva, Medidata, and SAS. None of it has an AI layer or speaks MCP, so agents cannot reach the systems where the work lives. Enjamb is that layer. Our agents run on top of existing systems and data, with no migration, and they reach the lab systems and internal tools no other AI touches. They learn how a team works, then do the work in Slack, in Teams, and in the systems themselves, across preclinical research, clinical evidence, trial design, statistical programming, and regulatory submissions. This is AI tailored for how medicine gets made.

Sidekick is an AI agent that runs custom manufacturing operations over text. Workers text a problem, photo, video, or voice memo and get an answer from the shop's own documents. It reads live machine data and acts on its own: flagging issues before they become downtime, opening and routing work orders, and placing purchase orders. No app, no login. These shops run on tribal knowledge: a handful of veterans know how every job is set up, and they are retiring. Sidekick learns from every message it handles, so answers outlive the people who gave them, and shops run 15% more jobs with the same crew. Sidekick captures it as a byproduct of the work, in an industry that was never documented.

Saffron allows companies to quickly evaluate how well software engineers use AI to code. The way engineers write code has fundamentally changed, but the way companies evaluate them hasn't. Saffron gives teams full visibility into how candidates use AI agents to build, debug, and ship real features on an actual codebase. Saffron was founded by Robert Chondro (formerly MIT and Jane Street), Jerry Yao (Stanford and Jane Street), and Kazuma Choji (Harvey Mudd, published in NeurIPS and ICML), and is backed by Y Combinator (P26) and Afore Capital.

You should only be paying frontier model prices for top-shelf reasoning. But 88% of your token bill is just tool I/O. Quotient Labs runs on top of Claude Code to reduce token spend, compress context, and optimize tool calls while preserving output quality. Same models, same workflow, no changes to how you work. Benchmarked 47% less cost on real, multi-step developer workflows, with no quality loss.

10x Science develops frontier AI models with deep memory to redefine how scientists understand and engineer biology across the life sciences, starting with drug development. AI-powered drug discovery is flooding the pipeline with new candidates faster than ever. But before any of them can advance to the clinic, scientists must deeply characterize the protein therapeutic to understand whether it will work. Today, that process takes months of manual, error-prone analysis that cannot keep pace with discovery. Our AI-native platform automates it, giving drug developers the confidence to advance the right candidates and stop the wrong ones early. We have strong commercial traction with enterprise pharma customers. Our founding team built the field of next-generation protein characterization out of Carolyn Bertozzi's Nobel laureate lab at Stanford. Collectively, we have 18+ years of collective domain expertise, 47+ scientific publications, and a 2x YC Founder. We move at the highest velocity and are positioned to lead the next generation of modern AI development in the life sciences.

o11 is the AI data warehouse for financial firms. The largest firms build a moat around their data. Today, they pay engineers $200k a year each to spend years organizing/maintaining disconnected sources in a legacy data warehouse. The business intelligence that results is the key unlock, but it's time effort and money that would be better spent elsewhere. o11 brings a custom ontology and data model to firms of any size allowing them to unify CRM, email, files, data rooms, market data, M365, etc. all in one place. We help firms architect their own data warehouse, and then from their AI maintains it. No engineers, no legacy solutions, no complex migration. o11 is built for security and complex permissions from the ground up allowing it to safely connect directly into any agent including Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. Leverage your proprietary data -- it's the deal, relationship, and business intelligence that makes your firm special
