Lovable for internal tools

Prized lets non-engineers build, deploy, and share secure internal tools with AI, no engineering required. You don't need to know where the data lives, what APIs to use, or which connectors you need. Just describe what you want (a customer lookup, a dashboard, an approval flow), and Prized builds the tool on top of the right company data inside a governed boundary. The people who feel the pain of missing internal tools most are non-engineers. They understand the workflow best but are blocked by the software layer, so they wait on engineering, duct-tape spreadsheets together, or increasingly rip company data into Claude Code and Cursor with no thought to permissions, sharing, or governance. Prized makes security the default, enforced in the infrastructure rather than left to whoever built the tool. Each tool gets access only to the tables and integrations it was explicitly granted, credentials are workspace-scoped so tools can't cross org boundaries, and outbound calls go through a controlled layer. As an employee builds and shares, a teammate forks it and re-points it at their own data, and over time the company builds up a library of governed tools it actually owns. Hudson was founding engineer at Gander (F24, acquired by Archer), then full-stack at Suno. Marinos studied CS and ME at Stanford and was on the same Gander team.

The problem

Building software has never been easier. And the people who need internal tools most, in ops, support, and finance, are done waiting on engineering.

So they build it themselves. They rip Claude Code or Cursor, pull straight from company data, and ship a working tool in an afternoon. No permissions. No audit trail. No one watching where the data goes.

Security is assumed to be fine because the tool is "just internal."

The solution

People aren't going to stop building with AI. So we built them a place where it's safe.

With Prized, anyone can spin up a sandbox that comes with company data already attached, scoped to what they should see, with an audit trail on every access.

From there it's whatever building style they like: describe the tool in our app builder and watch it take shape, or bring a coding agent like Claude Code and build it themselves. Shipping is one click, and the finished tool sits behind your company's sign-in.

The person who runs the workflow finally gets to build the tool for it. Safely, this time.

Secure by default

Security is enforced in the infrastructure, not left to the person building the tool:

Least privilege per tool. Every tool gets its own database role and integration scopes; it can read and write only what it was granted.
Credentials stay out of reach. Secrets live in a broker and never touch the tool's code or the agent's context, so they can't leak or cross workspace boundaries.
Outbound traffic proxy. External calls only go to explicitly allowed hosts, and integrations are read-only until someone turns writes on.
Admin visibility. IT sees every tool in the org: who built it, what data it reads or writes, who can use it, and risky changes (like a destructive migration) need explicit approval before they ship.

We worked together at Gander (F24) building fleet management software for private jets. After the company's acquisition by Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR), Marinos continued school at Stanford, and Hudson went on to be an engineer at Suno.
