SDK for adding an agent and human governance layer to your product

For most of software's history the hard part was making things. Writing the code, drafting the document, putting the report together. That is the part that is getting cheap. An agent can now produce in an afternoon what used to take a team a month. What doesn't get cheaper is verifying it. Someone still has to look at what the machine did, decide whether it's right, and answer for that decision later. Output goes up, review capacity doesn't, and that is where the work now piles up. Velt is the infrastructure for that step, and it treats agents and people as the same kind of reviewer. A review agent takes the first pass and catches what a machine can catch. A person makes the call on what actually matters. Both work on the same object, in the same thread, under the same rules. Only after approval is the change applied, through your own webhook, and every decision is recorded, so you can always show who allowed what and when. Teams build this themselves and it takes about two quarters. Comments, approvals, review agents, notifications, audit trails: the boring parts nobody thinks about until they're three months in. With Velt it's a few components you drop into a React, Next, Vue, or Angular app.

I am the co-founder & CEO of Velt. Previously, I was a Product Manager at Google for 9 yrs. I've launched strategic products like AR in Google Maps & Search. Nothing great was ever built alone. Technology has made the world a small place. It enables people to work together no matter where they are. This was never possible before. Velt will make the world more collaborative & build more great things. I grew up in India & now live in San Francisco. I love camping πŸ• & star gazing 🌌

Superflow AI: QA agents for your website
See original launch post

TL;DR

AI made creating websites fast. Checking still costs what it always did. Superflow closes that gap: it turns your QA checklist into AI agents.

  • They sweep every page of your site and handle the black and white issues: a dead link, a typo, a form that doesn't submit, a layout that breaks a written brand guideline.
  • You handle taste: the calls with no reference to check against, like whether a design direction is right or a page is good enough to ship. An agent can flag a page. Only a person can approve one.
  • They learn from every review, so the hundredth site gets checked better than the first.
  • Teams tell us the agents catch about 90% of what they used to find by hand. The other 10% needed a person all along.

The problem

An agency founder told us, "We're never changing our QA process. It's tight."

Then he sent us the checklist: 400 rows. Ten people clicking through every page by hand.

We ran our agents on one of his live sites. First finding: placeholder text, live for months. It was on the checklist. Row 212.

Checklists don't fail because they're wrong. They fail because a human is on row 212 at 9pm on a Friday.

And the misses that hurt aren't broken links:

  • A phone number in the header that doesn't match the footer.
  • "Award winning" on a site with no award. In dental, that's a regulator problem.
  • A previous client's name in a testimonial because the page was cloned.

Creating a site collapsed to an afternoon. Checking it didn't budge.

How it works

  • Upload your checklist as is: spreadsheet, PDF, or doc. No reformatting.
  • Superflow turns it into a set of agents, including any custom checks on your list.
  • They run in parallel on every page, phone and desktop. A full site takes minutes.
  • Every finding is pinned on the page with a screenshot, so if the layout shifts later you still have the picture.
  • It fits your process: custom statuses, private team comments (agent findings stay team-only until you clear them), two way sync with your task tool, and a daily recap.
  • Agents learn. Reject a finding and it stops coming back. Catch a miss yourself and it becomes a check on every site after.

Backstory

Last week we moved our own site from Framer to Next.js.

The step that used to eat the timeline, clicking through every page to catch what silently broke, our own agents did before sign off.

The build took a week. We were live in two, start to finish.

Creating done by AI. Checking done by agents. Judgment kept by people.
