Hey YC 👋
Yuriy here - founder of AiSDR (YC S23). This is my second YC company. The first (AXDRAFT – YC W19) was acquired by Onit in 2020.
Today we’re launching Ami, an AI GTM agent that already knows what good outbound looks like. Ami builds your campaign, and runs it across email and LinkedIn until a meeting’s booked.
What makes it different is what happens next. Ami remembers every campaign it’s run for you, spots what isn’t working, fixes it on your say-so, and tells you what to run next.
AI outbound got very good at scaling noise. But it struggled at making sales judgments.
Almost every AI SDR, ours included, assumed the human would bring the strategy, define the ICP, create the angle, and hit approve. The AI would take it from there and do it all faster than any human.
This works if you already know what a good campaign looks like. A lot of people buying these tools don’t:
Working out which of 42+ possible audiences is worth spending time on and deciding what to say is a skill built over years.
So we handed that decision back to buyers and called it control. So did everyone else.
What came out the other end is thousands of messages and full dashboards, but zero pipeline.
The missing piece was never speed. It was judgment. And no one had automated it.
For 3 years, we built execution: research, writing, sequencing, deliverability, reply handling. And the thing customers kept telling us was still hard was the part we hadn't automated – deciding what campaign to run in the first place, and when to stop and pivot to something else.
The number that settled it was 80% of our customers were using our campaign generator instead of building campaigns by hand, even though building gave them far more control.
People wanted a decision rather than controls.
So we took what we learned from over 17,150 campaigns run on the platform in the past 3 years, and built the agent that does it.
That's Ami.
In a nutshell, 3 years of running outbound as a company that sells outbound. As of September 2026, this means (adding daily):
Campaigns run - 17,150
Emails sent - 2,546,096
Meetings booked - 19,501
Customers served - 1,150
Industries served - 27
Every one of those campaigns taught Ami something about what lands, in which industry, at what moment. That's the part you can't buy off the shelf, and that’s why this took three years.
1. Ami builds your campaign from your website, CRM, and industry best practices, against everything we’ve learned: Give Ami your URL and it reads your site, and share access to your CRM. Ami then runs what it found against your industry and the 17K+ campaigns we’ve done over 3 years, and comes back with the angles and audiences you need. You can argue with Ami: narrow the ICP, push a different angle, or ask why it picked what it did.
2. Ami targets pains: Most tools match a profile and hope the timing is right. Ami looks for evidence someone has the problem you solve. There's no fixed database. Describe who you want and Ami finds them, with data verified at the time of the search.
3. Ami remembers, and it gets better at your sales motions: This is where Ami’s value compounds. Ami keeps every campaign it’s run for you: angles that landed, segments that went quiet, objections that kept coming up, and things you tried. It tells you what’s breaking and why when performance drops, and it makes fixes once you give the green light. Month 3 is better than Month 1 because Ami has 3 months of your outbound in its head.
An AI that learns your business and doesn’t need babysitting is what this category’s promised since Day 1 (ours included). It took 3 years, 17K campaigns, and 2.5M emails before we had enough to build it..
You don’t have to be good at outbound to win with Ami.
That’s the whole point.
