TL;DR: We're Corgi for Radiology. The first AI-native full stack radiology practice. We’re acquiring a radiology practice bringing us to $4.6M in annualized revenue.
Problem. Radiology is already in crisis. The US needs 20% more radiologists to meet demand, and in 10 years that gap will reach 50% - 246M scans the workforce can’t handle. Agents can finally do most workflows. The industry is not moving fast enough to adopt it.
How we started. Radiology is flooded with AI hype. We started riding that wave. But after digging into how these practices actually run, and drawing on our time scaling Carbon Health to 100+ sites, one thing became obvious: selling a dozen AI point-solutions and rolling them out department by department is too slow, and only adds incremental value. Building the whole practice in a AI-native way from day one is what’s needed. It solves the radiologist shortage directly instead of one contract at a time. This shift grew our market 21x.
Same insight Corgi had in insurance: don't sell software to the incumbent, become the AI-native incumbent.
So now we’re building the entire radiology workflow and business operations AI native and adding capacity without headcount.
