Problem:

Real-Time Crime Centers (RTCCs) and police departments rely on human operators physically staring at walls of monitors to assess threats from body cams, drones, and city street cameras. With a single operator responsible for watching hundreds of live screens simultaneously, brandished weapons, fights, or even medical emergencies are often missed. While video footage is useful in 65% of criminal investigations, fewer than 1 in 200 incidents are detected by operators in real time.

We’ve built a real-time situational dashboard that monitors all active feeds and automatically "pops" the most critical streams to the front the moment volatility is detected. By using real-time video analysis to highlight threats instantly, we turn overwhelming video data into an infinitely scalable, proactive security team.

Beyond automated triage, Protent transforms how operators interact with live environments through natural language query. Instead of scrubbing through hours of footage after the fact, security teams can instantly search all active feeds for a "person in a red hoodie with a backpack" or a "child in a blue striped sweater."
