The Team

We met at Deel, where we were early employees. Naz (CEO) and Alex (CRO) spent 3 years building and scaling Deel’s largest revenue-generating product from zero to $500m ARR. Kai (CTO) led the development of Deel’s billing and payments infrastructure from the ground up. We’ve lived the pain of messy post-sales firsthand and we’re building Paloma to solve it.
