How it works: Agents can take any action possible on your platform. They know every listing, every UI component, and every flow. They navigate for users with their own cursor, help them discover, add to cart, and complete the purchase or booking. They build custom pages and reshape the UI around how each person actually uses the platform, remembering each user and tailoring the experience to their behavior and preferences. Each dedicated agent can naturally text and email with their customer as well.
Is this another chatbot? Each agent is proactive with much richer, customized components than an idle chatbot. It’s like giving every customer an omnipotent Claude embedded into the platform. Palisade agents get to know each customer personally and build relationships over time. They keep working after customers leave, remember them when they return, and reach out proactively over email and text with personal messages. And everything they learn flows back: agents aggregate their conversations into reports, insights, and recommendations for sellers, and offer to make concrete optimizations themselves, to the listings and even to the marketplace platform itself.

Backstory: After studying CS at Princeton, I spent years at Amazon building software for influencers to sell more products. I then became a founding engineer at Sage AI Labs, where I worked on some of the very first iMessage agents for consumer shopping. That work left me with a deep understanding of consumer habits and marketplace dynamics.
