TL;DR: Data centers are stuck for years waiting for power, while delayed construction sites across the world sit on unused interconnects, losing $1B per week in the US alone, in interest on trillions of dollars of debt. Our pods deploy on those sites and generate revenue for them in days. They use diamond wafers in the cooling system so pods run anywhere on earth, even a desert.

The deal
If you need compute (GPU hours, tokens, capacity for a training run) send us a note. We sell short and long-term contracts below market rate.
If your data has to stay on-prem (defense, CUI, CMMC), we sell managed, modular pods directly and are already working with large aerospace companies.
We're building factories
SpaceX didn't just build rockets, they built rocket factories. We do the same and our first factory stands up over the next few months, potentially funded by the state of Missouri. We vertically integrate the critical components that currently carry multi-year lead times: transformers, switchgear and power distribution, and by taking control of our own supply chain we ensure we can build pods fast enough.
Financed like aircraft
Our pods are financed like aircraft - debt at ~5-6%, not 11-15%. A data center is a risky construction loan: money stuck in a half-built site for years, and if it fails the lender holds a building and a pile of GPUs priced by a brutally volatile market - the banks are freaking out. Our pods leave the factory fully functional, earns the moment it's connected to power, and can be repossessed and redeployed: the profile of equipment finance, far faster and cheaper.
Traction
Today we have $95M in LOI’s for our hosted compute and a further $27M for direct sales of our pods. Our first two clusters go live in Missouri this month, followed by the first modular factory.
