TL;DR

Your team is running dozens of agents and not one of them knows what the others did. Mosaic syncs every AI session your team runs - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and more - into one shared place that any agent can use. ~2,000 installs and 37 orgs actively syncing.

It started as a real-time coding environment where multiple people and their agents work together. We went viral, defined the multiplayer AI category, and this direction has since taken off: YC added multiplayer AI to its Request for Startups, and Anthropic is validating the same direction. Then we took the feature users found most valuable — centralized agent sessions — and built the product around it, continuing to lead the category ever since.

The problem

Every coding agent session starts from zero. No memory of what happened last session, why a decision was made, or where the last person stopped. Agents run in isolation, so the only handoff between them is ad-hoc glue that breaks the moment a team adds more agents. Teammates constantly redo work they can't see.

Mosaic keeps the record of every agent session — what was tried, what changed, and why — and carries it from one session and one teammate to the next. Any teammate or agent picks up exactly where someone else left off instead of starting over.

As a whole, we believe the way people are thinking about multi-agent systems is wrong, and our direction is being validated in real time. Most systems copy the human org chart — specialized agents passing messages — but that structure only exists because humans can't share memory; the real unit isn't the agent, it's one shared context store every agent reads from and writes to. Who we are

We're two engineers who built and deployed multi-agent systems and hit this exact wall every time.

- Dorsa: worked on frontier ML @ NVIDIA, Tenstorrent and Deep Genomics. A Transformer implementation of hers has 2,400+ stars on Github. 11-time hackathon winner and one of Major League Hacking’s youngest Top 50 Hackers out of 150,000+ hackers worldwide.

- Shubham: founding engineer @ Beem building multi-agent systems that reason over human intent. A serial hacker at heart, he reverse-engineered 70 campus kiosks at UCSD and chained their compute into a working distributed cloud platform.
