MochaCare (mochacare.com) unlocks home care agency growth with human virtual assistants supercharged by AI. We take hiring, scheduling, or both off agencies' plates so they can spend less time drowning in ops and more time building relationships in their communities.

Everything we do generates data insights that surface growth opportunities, from referral leads to sales enablement during intake calls.

* Note: a home care agency is a company that hires and manages caregivers on behalf of people seeking care. These caregivers typically work with clients in their homes or in facilities.

We personally embed into the agencies we work with. Our AI hiring and scheduling agents handle most tasks for us, but we are always monitoring the feed and jumping in if emergencies arise.

Nick goes to bed at 3:30am and Pranav wakes up at 3:30am to guarantee 24/7 coverage.

What problem are you solving?

  1. Home care agency operators want to deliver quality care to their communities, not to stay glued to their phones 24/7 handling hiring and scheduling. They’re burning out and are unable to grow their businesses.
  2. Families want reliable care. They need to know that the best caregivers are going to show up for their loved ones at the right time and need home care agencies to be energized so they can deliver their best care. Scheduling and hiring mishaps erode the quality of care and cause service failures for these families.
  3. Caregivers want work quickly and don’t want to deal with manual data entry. They needed their next paycheck yesterday. Our hiring agents (including AI interviewers and interview coordinators) get them through the process swiftly. Once hired, they need to know about the best shifts for them. Our scheduling agents alert them to these and help them focus more on care and less on manual tasks like shift note entry.

Why are you working on this?
We were both raised by our grandparents who gave the world to us. We want to live in a world where they receive the same quality care and attention that they gave us growing up. Currently, there’s a gap between that world and where we are today.

We’ve seen this first-hand. Home care operations can fall short—Nick’s grandma recently started receiving home care and had no caregiver show up on day one. We don’t want this to happen again.

On the other side of the equation, we’ve seen agency owners with the largest hearts feel hopeless about their work. We want to uplift these people and allow them to reclaim their time, get back to delivering care, and start growing their agencies.

By helping agencies deliver care more effectively, we protect the superheroes who care for our communities and the people who they care for, like our grandmas!

Our ask:
Intros to home care agencies, home health agencies, or anyone who advises seniors on care options (since these people typically know home care agencies).

Thank you for taking the time to read this!
