Huge expenditure on design: $6.7T of data center capex by 2030 - engineering design fees are a massive 12% of construction cost, meaning $800B in design spend alone.

Huge time waste: engineering design takes 12-36 months (feasibility, due diligence, FEED/permitting design, detailed design); it’s done manually, meaning a design firm can only handle 3-4 different concepts per site, leading to suboptimal designs, worse decisions and higher risk.

The Solution:
