Hey everyone!
We’re Akshay and Erik, the founders of Madrone.
TLDR; Giant data centers are being built in the desert and need better cooling. Madrone builds modular cooling systems that chill water to the dew point, slashing power usage and deploying fast.
Problems
Our Solution
We’re building a facility water cooling system that cools to the dew point (lower than competitors) while using less power and water. Our system is modular and designed to be fabricated and installed as quickly as possible to accelerate our customers' time to deployment.
Every 1% of cooling efficiency = $2.6 million more GPU revenue / 100 MW / year. That means Madrone’s cooling efficiency saves $78 million / 100 MW / year.

We’re full stack
We design everything from the electronics, to the heat exchangers, to the software in-house to squeeze every watt of performance. Erik spent 4 years at Apple designing power & thermal systems for the iPhone. Akshay built ML systems running 1M+ inferences/month at QuantumScape.
Ask: If you're building data centers, we'd love to work with you.
