AI For The Skilled Workforce

Kebra builds AI for skilled technicians. Kebra guides technicians in the field in real time, documents their job, and automatically handles hours of back-office work; from dispatching technicians to filing warranty claims and managing inventory.

Kebra — Making the field queryable
See original launch post

Hey YC! 👋

We’re Luca and Hosny, founders of Kebra.

TL;DR

Kebra makes the field queryable.

We capture what happens across jobs, sites, and assets and turn it into a live operating memory that AI can query and act on. Our AI employees use that context to automate the work that follows across the systems companies already use.

Every job makes that memory richer, building the company specific context software agents use today and physical agents will need tomorrow.

We’re already working with field operations companies across Florida, Pennsylvania, and California.

The problem

Field operations never got their Claude Code moment.

We spent months inside HVAC companies trying to automate their back office. We built AI employees for claims, reporting, coordination, and follow ups.

They kept breaking.

Not because the AI could not do the work, but because it was acting on a reality that never happened. The most important part of the operation happened on the ground and was never properly captured.

A missing serial number. A photo never taken. What the technician actually found stuck in their head.

You cannot automate an alternate reality. Before AI can operate the field, the field has to become queryable.

Our Solution

Kebra makes field operations queryable.

Capture what happens: Field teams document jobs through photos, voice, video, and structured workflows. Kebra checks what is missing while they are still on site.

Build the operating memory: Every job updates a live history of sites, assets, repairs, decisions, and how the company actually works.

AI employees act on it: They use that context to automate reports, claims, coordination, compliance, follow ups, and other back office work across the systems the company already uses.

Vision

Every job makes Kebra’s operating memory richer.

Today, software agents use that context to automate field operations. Tomorrow, physical AI and robots will need the same company specific context to understand each site, asset, procedure, and history before they can work autonomously.

Kebra is building the context layer for field operations.

Our Ask

Run or know a company with field operations where important information gets lost between the field and the office?
