We’re launching an AI agent for Construction Drawings Review. It automatically scans drawings, specs and building codes to catch issues before they turn into rework, delays, lawsuits, and margin erosion.

The Problem

Every construction project is slowed down by drawings mistakes:

Building code violations
Dimensions that don’t match between structural, architectural, civil, MEP drawings
Materials mismatch for doors, windows, cabinets etc.
Ownership/responsibility confusion

These inconsistencies cause rework, schedule delays, and frustrated clients. They happen on every project, and can cost 6-7 figures per job.

Humans aren’t the best to check hundreds or thousands of pages.

Our Solution

An AI agent analyzes all project documents, architectural / structural / civil / MEP drawings, project specifications, and building codes, and flag issues like dimension mismatches, materials mismatches, ownership/responsibility confusion, missing info, ADA/code red flags, and uncoordinated addenda.

We’re already running our agent on Tenant Improvement, K-12, civic, industrial, healthcare, affordable housing, and residential projects.
