If another health tool tells me to reduce my stress level, I swear I'll throw it out the window. I'm not going to be "Fully Optimized" or want "Maximum Suffering!!!". I'm a 41-year-old founder/ultramarathoner with scoliosis. I need something that'll adapt to prioritizing a launch, working late, or prepping for Demo Day.
