Banking for non-US internet companies is hard. HEVN provides an alternative: open virtual bank accounts in 1 day, get USD cards with 0% FX, and send/receive ACH, SEPA, wires, and USDC.

The problem

For non-US companies, USD banking takes months, requires travel, and often breaks after the first transactions — making it hard to get paid via Stripe, Apple, or run global payroll.

In practice:

• 2-20 weeks to open an account in UAE or Hong Kong
• Founders have to fly in-person just to pass KYC
• $20K+ per year in legal and banking fees
• Accounts get frozen after first SWIFT transfer
• Visa charge 2-3% FX fee on USD payments

At the same time, Brex, Ramp, and Mercury only support US companies with an EIN.

Backstory

We previously built HOT Labs, a Web3 infrastructure company behind a 15M-user wallet.

While operating globally, we kept running into the same problem: banking didn’t work.

• One of us spent 6 months opening a UAE account — only to face an AML check right after the first transaction
• Another had to fly twice just to open an account
• We paid ~$24K/year through a law firm just to maintain banking access — without card support

We worked with dozens companies, and most of them ended up using stablecoins because traditional banking failed. Now 12 of them - our customers.

We built HEVN to help global internet companies focus on running and scaling their business, with the same access to US financial services as US companies.

Today, we’re fully ready to serve cumpanies in the UAE and are looking to onboard pilot customers in Hong Kong and Singapore.
