What Stratum does

Stratum builds AI agents that automate the slow, complex, manual processes governments run on.

We're starting with application review.

A reviewer uploads an application and selects the rubric to check it against. From there, an agent takes over: it plans the review, works through the file end to end, and checks every requirement, routing each step to the right model.

A human approves every outcome, and every step is fully auditable.

The difference is scale. Instead of one reviewer on one file, hundreds of agents run in parallel — clearing an entire backlog in the time it once took to review a single application.

Raj (CEO): led GTM at Deel, dropped out of CS grad school at the University of Bath.
