Hey everyone, we're Rodrigo and Oscar, founders of Bizmark (S26).
TL;DR: Bizmark is the operating system for companies that make, move, or sell physical goods. It connects the systems, spreadsheets, and knowledge a company already has, and turns them into optimized decisions and automated workflows: quotes priced in seconds, schedules that reflow when a machine goes down, inventory balanced between service levels and cash. Bizmark adapts to how each company operates, not the other way around. Working product in weeks, not years. Some of the most innovative American companies use Bizmark to transform their operations. The problem
“Quotes take too long, so I lose revenue. Or I quote too fast and give away margin.”
“Days of inventory are critical for my business, but I’m not sure I’m buying the right quantities at the right time, or getting the best supplier terms.”
“An urgent order comes in and I do not know what to run next. I’m hitting max capacity constantly, but I’m not sure I’m using my equipment and labor in the most efficient way.”
After 150 of these conversations, we've realized these problems share the same cause. Legacy ERPs force operators into templates that don’t reflect how the business runs, while custom implementations often run to years and seven-figure budgets. As a result, decisions that directly affect revenue, margins, and service levels are made from spreadsheets, delayed reports, and fragmented tools, with less information than the company has, often by whoever is closest, not whoever knows best.
What we built
Bizmark is the operating system for companies that make, move, or sell physical goods. It connects the systems, spreadsheets, and knowledge a company already has, and turns them into optimized decisions and automated workflows. Bizmark adapts to how each company operates, not the other way around. And customers get a working product in weeks, not years.
Here’s how some of the most innovative American companies use Bizmark to transform their operations:
A spec-heavy RFQ lands in the inbox. Bizmark reads it, and a quoting engine prices it against inventory, capacity, and customer history. It returns a customer-ready quote in seconds. The team approves it, it goes out, and when the customer says yes, the order enters the system without any retyping.
Then the order runs. Bizmark schedules it into your machines and crews against your objectives, using the same estimates the quote was priced on. When a machine goes down or a rush order lands, the plan reflows and the new sequence reaches the queues that run the operation. The job runs, passes quality, and ships.
The order drew down inventory. Bizmark forecasts what you will sell next, holds your days of inventory in balance – enough for minimum service levels while protecting cash – and decides what to buy, when, and from whom. It sends RFQs to qualified suppliers and compares what comes back. The team chooses, and the PO books straight into the system.
