About Us:
Blake is from a small town in Minnesota. He’s a former Duke student who deployed AI at Northrop Grumman and is an ex-Mayo Clinic AI Lab researcher. He published work on quantized LLMs and was one of the youngest presenters ever at the Conference on Machine Intelligence in Medical Imaging. He also built Oddz for iMessage, which peaked as the #15 iMessage Entertainment app.
Milind is from Chicago. He’s an engineer who worked at SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, and BMW. At SpaceX, he built critical satellite and ground station hardware test infrastructure for Starlink. He also graduated with a degree Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois.

What is the core problem you are solving? Why is this a big problem? What made you decide to work on it?
We solve the problem of mistakes and inconsistencies in construction drawings that cause rework, delays, and major cost overruns. These issues often are not caught until crews are already building, which can add hundreds of thousands to several million dollars per project and contribute to the $177 billion lost every year in the US from rework and coordination errors. Blake grew up in a small town in Minnesota where many of his close friends work in construction, so he has heard about these drawing problems for years and saw firsthand how much time and money they waste.
What is your long-term vision? If you truly succeed, what will be different about the world?
Our long term vision is to build the "Lovable for architecture," an intelligent system that can generate safe, buildable, code compliant buildings automatically. By learning from millions of construction drawings, we can cut pre-construction from months to minutes, letting someone describe a building in natural language and instantly receive a complete, error free design for a specific site. Creating a building will feel as simple as writing a prompt, and every project will start with perfect information.
