Ecommerce is a $30T+ global industry, still running on tooling that predates AI. Every layer of the stack is static and manual, so nothing a merchant learns ever compounds into a better store.

It comes down to four things:

1. Static offers & storefronts. Stores should learn from every interaction and adapt to every ICP. Today they don't.
2. Slow A/B testing. Finding a winning storefront and offer means designers, CRO experts, developers, and weeks of waiting, just for a single test.

It autonomously ships offer tweaks, layout changes, and copy variants that compound your CVR, retention, and AOV, while learning about your ICP deeper with every visitor, all working toward the real goal of maximizing lifetime value per visitor. We're brothers. Imad studied Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zurich, Amin studied Computer Science at ETH Zurich. We scaled our own educational board game brand to $200K/month, and lived every problem Amboras now solves. Our first attempt to fix it was EcomCoder, a Shopify dev tool we grew to over 1,000 users, until we realized fixing one piece wasn't enough and the whole stack had to be rebuilt. That's Amboras.
