TL;DR: Agent FM is a desktop app that gives engineers one group chat to hear and steer their coding agents. Instead of manually bouncing between different claude code and codex sessions, and combing through walls of text to monitor agents, engineers just tune in to Agent FM. Agents share important progress updates, blockers, assumptions, and decisions in the group chat. Engineers get live text and audio updates and respond right from the chat.

The Problem:

Babysitting agents is exhausting. Engineers running claude code and codex agents spend all day bouncing between multiple sessions, combing through walls of text to keep track of the work. In long horizon tasks, agents often go down the wrong paths, add unnecessary complexity or make bad assumptions that waste time and tokens. Agents can also sometimes misinterpret instructions, make poor decisions, or perform destructive actions due to lack of context and context compaction. To avoid this, engineers continuously keep tabs on their agents, read agent trajectories realtime for anything substantial worth intercepting. This gets really exhausting with more agents and time. We lack the tooling that automatically does this for engineers.

The Team:

Aniket and Mugdhaa have known each other for almost 10 years and co-founded Agent FM in 2026.

Aniket (CEO) worked at Meta Superintelligence Labs, where he built agent-orchestration, RL, and search infra, fine-tuned models, grew Meta AI monthly active users by 250K and built critical parts of the Llama training data flywheel.

Mugdhaa (CTO) led AI for developer productivity at Snowflake, where she built model harnesses, evals, developer tooling, and orchestration systems that help engineers adopt AI and move faster. Before Snowflake, she worked at Twitch on live video playback and distribution, building systems that keep Twitch reliable at scale for the biggest live events on the internet (Ibai La Velada, MrBeast), serving 10M+ concurrent requests.
