About the role

Waydev is building the next generation of Engineering Productivity Intelligence. Hundreds of engineering leaders use Waydev to measure delivery, drive effectiveness, and make better decisions without dashboards or manual reporting. We are entering a new phase of scale, with two product lines: Waydev Enterprise for large organizations, and Waydev AI, our new AI native platform that brings Engineering Intelligence into a conversational interface.

We are looking for a Head of Growth who can take full ownership of our growth engine. Someone who understands both enterprise and PLG motions, who can work directly with the CEO, and who can turn our momentum into predictable revenue. You will shape positioning, drive acquisition, optimize funnels, and scale Waydev AI globally.


What you will own

  • Build and lead the full growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Own PLG experiments across the Waydev AI funnel, from first touch to paid conversion.
  • Design high quality campaigns across SEO, paid, social, content, and developer focused channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create strong enterprise growth loops.
  • Build the analytics foundation for forecasting, attribution, and reporting.
  • Work with Product to define growth features, onboarding paths, and in product journeys.
  • Lead our presence on Product Hunt, YC network, LinkedIn, podcasts, partnerships, and conferences.
  • Develop strong narratives that position Waydev as the leading Engineering Intelligence platform.
  • Work directly with the CEO to scale revenue toward the next funding milestone.

What makes you a fit

  • 4 to 8 years experience in growth marketing, product led growth, or full funnel ownership.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company, ideally in developer tools, analytics, or AI.
  • Strong track record running experiments, optimizing funnels, and improving conversion.
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly. If you can write strong posts, you have an advantage.
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution. You can operate hands on in a scrappy company.
  • You understand the difference between enterprise sales cycles and PLG activation loops.
  • Familiar with SEO, content systems, paid channels, lifecycle automation, and data analysis.
  • Obsessed with metrics. You know how to dig into data to find insights and opportunities.
  • Bonus: experience launching on Product Hunt, working with influencers, or scaling community driven growth.
