Must have:

• 3 to 8 years of end-to-end software development
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy complex production systems
• Hands-on experience across stack (frontend + backend + infra)
• Strong fundamentals, fast learning, curiosity for real-world ops problems

Nice to have:

• Early-stage or founding engineer experience
• Exposure to workflow orchestration (Temporal, Camunda)
• Data and AI systems (OCR, NLP, agentic workflows)
• Background in ERP, retail, or CPG
