Problem
Home services businesses generate enormous amounts of valuable data every day, but most of it never turns into revenue. Technicians are in customers’ homes constantly, observing aging equipment, safety issues, and upgrade needs. (For example, they might be called to service a furnace and won’t notice the 20 year old boiler next to it.) That information is often:
The result: high-intent opportunities are missed, close rates vary wildly by technician, and leadership lacks a real-time view of revenue potential, even while demand is already there.
Solution
Robby turns every technician visit into a structured growth opportunity:
All without changing how technicians or office teams already work. Today, we have several paying customers who are each uncovering 6 figures in additional revenue opportunities every week. On our first day of launch, Robby helped close $40k in new business within the first hour.

Why we’re building Robby
Before building Robby, we spent months embedded in the home services industry. We rode along with dozens of HVAC technicians and shadowed dispatch, CSRs, sales managers, and GMs. We focused on understanding where data breaks down in day-to-day operations, and where real leverage actually exists.
We’re currently studying for the EPA 608 certification so we can become certified technicians ourselves. We believe the best vertical software starts with deep respect for the work and the people doing it.
Our team brings experience building and scaling products at Ironclad, Porter, Affinity, Uber, and Cloud Health Systems, and advising growth and software acquisitions for PE firms at Bain. We met at Harvard Business School and dropped out to work on Robby full-time.
