Over 50% of accountants still get client files as emails, scans, and paper. They waste hours on data entry and broken spreadsheets. Our Solution
Rima interviews accountants until it understands exactly how they want things done and captures their unique edge cases. Then, it builds a custom workflow to handle that task.
We leverage what LLMs are good at - coding - and pair it with the proprietary library of edge cases that Rima collects across each client to build agentic workflows that are personalized and up to 99.7% accurate.
Rima learns from each client workflow and grows the library of edge cases over time. The end result is customers feel like Rima gets better and easier to use after every workflow.
Today, accountants use Rima to automate workflows such as cleanups and catchups, bank and CC recon and data entry for tax workpapers among others.
