At Pylon, we're building the future of B2B Post Sales.

Top support and success teams at companies like Linear, Cognition (Makers of Devin), Modal Labs, Hightouch, Merge, and Sardine use Pylon to manage their customer support and customer success.

We're backed by Y-Combinator, General Catalyst, and a16z, with over 1,000+ B2B companies trusting us to run their operations. In the last two years we've shipped a lot: omnichannel support, AI agents, AI assistants, knowledge management, account intelligence, and more. There's also a lot more on the horizon that we've yet to build.

We brought on our first PM, Ava O'Neill, and she's been one of the most impactful hires we've made. Now we're scaling the team further; looking for multiple PM's to join us.

What you'll do

  • Own a product area end-to-end - with real business stakes

  • Deeply live and breathe a single customer persona. Do whatever it takes to serve that one type of customer

  • Drive a business outcome ($XX ARR or XX enterprise customers). Sub-OKRs around usage are fine but not your main OKR

  • Span PDE to GTM - work closely with engineering and design to ship, while working with PMM and AEs on positioning and pain points

  • Talk to customers every day

  • Argue with us 😊 We resolve decisions by voicing opinions and working through them. Translate the arguments into a conclusion and ship

Requirements

  • Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person

  • Very organized and hard working and fast

  • At least a few years of experience
