How We Work

We're a 20-person, founder-led team. Our CEO Chinwe and CTO Yang still ship code, review PRs, and talk to customers every day. We're product-obsessed and allergic to over-engineering. When a customer reports a bug, we take it personally. We ship continuously because our pros depend on us to run their businesses.

We measure what matters, customer delight and growth, and we don't take victory laps until the scoreboard says we've earned them.
