Hey YC!
We're Moody and Bergie, co-founders of Klarify.
Therapists work alone. Klarify is the AI agent that handles every job a therapist does other than the therapy itself: clinical notes, treatment plans, insurance claims, between-session resources, and finding new clients. Nearly 6,000 therapists use Klarify today, and we're growing fast.
Ask: Know a therapist or clinic owner? Send them this post or reach us at moody@klarify.ca.

Doctors have assistants. Lawyers have paralegals. Therapists work alone.
They spend their evenings on the work they didn't sign up for: clinical notes, treatment plans, finding new clients, fighting insurance denials.
Practice management software has existed for decades. It stores what therapists do. It can't actually do any of it.
Existing software stores notes but can't use them. Schedules clients but can't find new ones. Submits insurance claims but can't fight denials.
Klarify does. Klara handles the work other than the therapy itself:
Klarify gave me something I didn't realize I had lost: time and energy. It has changed not only how I work, but how I live."
— Kelly Copeland, M.Ed, Registered Counselling Therapist
Mental health is a global problem. Every therapist, in every country, runs into the same wall: they're alone with the work no one trained them for.
US outpatient mental health alone is a $40B market. Klara works in any language.
In a few years, the solo therapist runs a 7-figure practice. The 50-clinician group runs lean. All due to Klarify handling everything other than the therapy itself.

We both have therapists who changed our lives. Klarify is what we wanted them to have.
