The Role

As our Founding Product Manager, you'll work directly with the founders to shape Gojiberry from strategy down to the pixel. You'll own discovery, scoping, design partnership, and shipping — across our ICP builder, agent infrastructure, and outreach engine. This is a foundational hire: your fingerprints will be on every part of the product.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the founders on product vision, roadmap, and strategic bets
  • Lead end-to-end discovery: customer interviews, problem framing, opportunity sizing
  • Design product flows and high-fidelity mockups in Figma alongside engineering
  • Define and ship features across the ICP, agent, and campaign layers of the platform
  • Build tight feedback loops with our customers — sales leaders, founders, and GTM teams
  • Use AI tooling aggressively to compress design, research, and delivery cycles
  • Set the bar for product quality, taste, and velocity as the team scales

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with exposure to sales tech, GTM tooling, CRM, or adjacent B2B categories
  • Top-tier academic background (grande école or equivalent)
  • Strong Figma fluency — you can design, prototype, and iterate without waiting on a designer
  • Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, lovable, etc.) as everyday leverage
  • Fluent in English (working language); additional languages a plus
  • Sharp written and verbal communicator — you can sell an idea internally and externally
  • Bias toward shipping: pragmatic, decisive, allergic to bureaucracy
  • Founder mindset — you take ownership, you don't wait to be told what to do
