About the role
We’re building the AI Creative Strategist for ads.
Not dashboards. Not copilots.
A system that actually generates winning creatives 🎯
We’ve crossed $1M ARR in months, work with companies like SoFi, Rocket Money, and Rappi, and now we’re building our next big bet:
→ An agentic video editor that can create, edit, and optimize ad creatives end-to-end 🎬
What this actually means
We want to go from:
prompt → finished ad that performs ⚡
Not just generate clips.
But decide:
- what story to tell
- what visuals to use
- how to edit it
- what works (based on real performance data) 📊
What you’ll do
- Build systems that orchestrate multiple AI models (video, image, audio) 🤖
- Work with cutting-edge models (Kling, Veo, etc.)
- Design async pipelines for generation + editing
- Build real product surfaces, not just infra
- Define what “AI video creation UX” even looks like ✨
This is 0 → 1 product work, not maintenance 🚀

Who we’re looking for
- Can design and ship quickly without over-engineering ⚡
- Enjoys building delightful, high-performance user experiences 🎨
- Has experience (or strong interest) in AI, media, or creative tools 🤖
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Prefers solving problems end-to-end (idea → shipped product)
Comp
- 💰 Upto ₹1 Cr cash

Round 1: 30 min intro call with founder (Prabhat)
Round 2: 1 Hour System Design (LDL / HDL) Round with a Backend / Applied AI Expert
Round 3: 1 Hour Coding Round with a Backend Expert
Round 4: 1 Day at GetCrux Office - Work on GetCrux specific problem statement for 4-6 hours and meet the other team members
