Elayne finds assets, generates filings, organizes the estate, and automates the work required to transfer what someone owned to the people they left it to. And the vision goes much further: one place to protect and manage everything you own throughout your life, then seamlessly pass it on.

We’re backed by Y Combinator and Accel, revenue-generating, and defining a category from scratch. We’re a small, in-person team in NYC where everyone has outsized ownership, tackles hard problems, and sees the impact of their work on thousands of families.
