AutoSitu combines multimodal plan intelligence, project-specific codes and standards, precedent research, and coordinated AI agents to produce evidence-backed findings tied directly to drawings and regulations. We are already supporting leading public agencies and private-sector teams on active projects collectively representing hundreds of millions of dollars in development value.

Backed by Y Combinator (W26), we are a small, fast-moving team working to make development review faster, clearer, and more consistent—so more housing, infrastructure, and communities can get built.
