We have 30 years of tooling to optimize User Experience (UX), from session replays and funnel analytics to live support chat. But as products are increasingly operated by AI agents rather than humans, we lack the equivalent tooling for Agent Experience (AX).

Right now, companies have zero visibility into how each agent (Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, etc.) interacts with their products. And when a bad AX causes an agent to fail silently, the end-user simply churns.

But it goes deeper. As agents become the primary users, the fundamental mechanics of software products simply stop working. Because if a human isn’t looking at the screen:

• Auto-remediation: Our MCP lets your internal coding agents plug into Armature to autonomously fix your product's AX based on our run data.

👬 The Team: why we are working on this

Before founding Armature, Louis scaled AI agents at Joko, a 6M user consumer app. Theo was a FDE at Palantir and then built petabytes-scale observability from scratch as a Founding Engineer at Tsuga, a Datadog spin-off.

Blindly shipping a self-tested MCP to 6M of edge cases drove us crazy so we decided to build the solution.
