Touchy is free to try, get it here: \u003chttps://apps.apple.com/us/app/touchy-ai-at-your-fingertips/id6798889392\u003e\n\n\u003chttps://youtube.com/shorts/IJNucvAZ_-k\u003e\n\n## **The Problem**\n\nYou probably know the feeling:\n\nYou ask the assistant on your phone, across the room, to send a colleague a message.\n\nIt cheerfully replies that it found 10 search results for “text Bob on Slack”.\n\nSo you trudge to your phone, find the app, open the DM, and begrudgingly type out your message instead.\n\nWe wanted a better personal assistant, one that had the intelligence and integrations we’ve come to expect from our AI agents, with the convenience of one that was native to your devices. We also believe that for AI to truly be personal, it needs to be deeply integrated into your life and the world around you. Right now, AI systems are constrained largely to using digital tools, yet the physical world is rich with audio and visual information that your phone is capable of receiving.\n\n## What We Built\n\nSo we built Touchy. Before this, Rohit was doing a PhD on AI alignment at Google DeepMind Princeton and graduated #1 in Berkeley EECS. Andrew built educational software that scaled to half a million students worldwide.
