Instead of spending weeks calling around, you get through the RFQ in 48 hours.\n\nWe handle the unglamorous parts too: KYB and counterparty checks, contracts, shipping, and settlement.\n\nIn our first month, $300M+ in RFQs ran through the book.\n\n**Why the marketplace comes first**\n\nAsk what an H100 is worth and everyone you call gives you a different answer.\n\nOn Stoa, dealers quote against the same RFQ without seeing each other's bids. Because every RFQ, firm quote, award, and settlement runs through us, we see what the hardware actually trades for.\n\nA quote is an opinion. A settled trade is a receipt.\n\nThat transaction history becomes prices buyers, sellers, and lenders can mark against. Once marks are grounded in settled trades, financing and hedging can follow.\n\nPlatts started printing oil prices in a magazine. Kelley Blue Book began as one dealer's published list of what he'd pay for cars.
