Different customers want different things, and you can't build a thousand versions of your product. So most requests sit in a board for months, and the customer who asked churns quietly because your product doesn't do the one thing they needed.\n\nThe AI wave made this worse, not better. Everyone knows their product should be agent-native, but building a real agent (one that can take actions, generate UI, remember context, and stay inside your security guardrails) takes serious engineering hours and ongoing maintenance. So most teams ship a chatbot bolted to the corner of the screen and call it AI. Users don't want another chatbot. Before startups, he played professional academy soccer for the San Jose Earthquakes for 7 years.\n* **Yousef (CTO)** graduated high school at 15 and completed a Bachelor’s in EECS from Berkeley and a Master’s from Stanford.
