The user is frustrated. A jailbreak slipped through. The answer technically completed, but the experience failed.\n\nThat is the problem Reflexes solves.\n\nReflexes are fast classifiers that run on every turn of every agent conversation and catch the behavioral signals normal observability misses:\n\n* user frustration\n* infinite loops\n* jailbreak attempts\n* refusals\n* hallucinations\n* task failures\n* policy violations\n* custom signals specific to your product\n\nTraditional observability tells you when software breaks. Reflexes tells you when the agent experience breaks.\n\nThe reason this has not worked before is cost and latency.
