They're the spontaneous ones, the realizations that you have mid-conversation... the \"wait a minute…\" moments.\n\nHere’s an example that many of us have encountered at some point: let's say you're talking to a customer, and they say \"_you know we've really struggled to figure out how to solve X at our company. Is that something you can help us with?_\" They might explain why X is hard, and you'd go back and forth a little.\n\nThen you wonder, at some point — is this just them, or have others said the same thing? Has anyone else on your 200-person GTM team heard of _X_ before? The signal is buried across massive email threads, Gong transcripts, Slack threads, and CRM notes — there’s no way to know quickly.\n\nSo this intuition fades.
