Working as Quants and Engineers at Tower Research and Citadel before YC, we spent a year trying to figure out why crypto exchanges can solve all of the above, but traditional exchanges can’t. Futures haven’t changed since the first standardized contract was made in 1865 to help farmers hedge their corn harvests.
