The Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to own and expand the AI agent layer of our platform. This is not a research role, but rather a product engineering one focused on turning real-world operational workflows into agentic, automated systems.

You’ll design and implement AI-powered workflows that:

• Automate complex scheduling decisions
• Translate natural-language inputs into structured actions
• Detect anomalies and suggest corrective actions
• Assist operators in real-time

You’ll work closely with product and full-stack engineers to bring these systems into production, reliably and safely, in a high-stakes healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement agentic workflows inside a production SaaS platform.
• Develop guardrails evaluation and testing frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years building production software (or equivalent experience).
• Experience deploying AI agents in production environments.
• Strong TypeScript or Python fundamentals.
• Care about reliability, observability, and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous 0→1 environments.
