The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of growth accounts and help drive retention and growth. 

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, use cases, and success metrics.
• Manage renewals from start to finish, maintain accurate forecasts, and proactively identify risks.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities including increased usage, new products, and additional use cases.
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews, communicating value, ROI, and adoption trends.
• Partner cross-functionally with Technical Account Management, Product and Engineering to resolve issues and advance customer objectives.
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, account plans, and follow-up actions.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally while ensuring a professional, responsive experience externally.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or another client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial curiosity and comfort discussing pricing and contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of growth accounts.
• SaaS or API experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This Account Manager role offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year, with an OTE of $150,000–$183,000 through performance incentives tied to renewals, expansions, and customer success metrics. The role also includes full benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and career growth within Veryfi.
