What we’re looking for
We’re scaling our manufacturing marketplace across the United States and we’re hiring our first Growth Marketing Lead to drive awareness and inbound.
We already have strong traction with leading aerospace and hardware companies, and you’ll work with the founding team to turn this into content, campaigns, and creative distribution that drives inbound and pipeline.
Your job is simple: make Vendra impossible to ignore.
What you’ll do
- Create high signal content
- Write and publish
- LinkedIn posts and blogs (for founders and company)
- Case studies based on real projects and outcomes
- Short-form technical and industry content
- Turn real manufacturing jobs into compelling narratives
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality content cadence
- Make Vendra a known name across hardware companies and A&D customers
- Drive inbound
- Own and optimize content → inbound → RFQ → revenue conversion
- Build and execute campaigns around high-performing channels
- Work closely with sales to distribute content into target accounts and active deals
- Identify what works and scale it into repeatable growth playbooks
- Do unconventional, high leverage growth
- Run creative campaigns that get attention, such as:
- Targeted stunts
- Physical world marketing (where our customers are)
- Examples:
- Wrapping a van in Vendra branding and parking it outside a target customer’s office
- Running billboard campaigns in the right locations to drive RFQ submissions
- Goal: break through noise and reach customers in creative, memorable ways
What success looks like (in order of importance)
- Optimizing MQL → SQL → RFQ → order conversion
- A steady stream of inbound leads and RFQs
- Vendra is widely recognized in aerospace, robotics, and hardware
- Content consistently drives engagement from the right ICP
- Creative content that generates real attention and conversations
What the ideal candidate looks like
- 2-6 years in content, growth, or marketing
- Exceptional writer (clear, sharp, non-fluffy)
- Highly creative and willing to try unconventional ideas
- Extremely execution-oriented (you ship fast and often)
- Strong taste in content, design, and messaging
Nice to have (not required):
- Background in (or understanding of) manufacturing and hardware
- Experience building content engines at early-stage startups

Compensation
- Base: $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus tied to inbound / pipeline
- Equity

Vendra is registered under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and supports U.S. government and defense programs. This role is restricted to U.S. Persons (22 CFR §120.62) located in the United States.
