Product Designer (f/m/x)

We're building a next-generation AI agent platform for customer service, and we're looking for someone to help us make it the best in the industry. AI agents are transforming how businesses operate, but the tooling to configure, manage, and orchestrate them is still being figured out across the industry. This is your chance to define what that looks like.

As Product Designer (full-time, on-site in Zürich or remote), you'll help us make this platform intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use. You'll own the product design surface: UI, UX, and the overall direction of how our platform works and feels. As part of our four-person leadership team, you'll represent the user's voice in every strategic decision, while working closely with the product and engineering team to bring ideas to life.

What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end design of our AI agent platform, from feature discovery to pixel-perfect execution
• Shape the product roadmap: identify what to build next based on user research, data analysis, and market trends
• Conduct deep user research to uncover real pain points, especially in a space where users themselves are still learning what's possible with AI agents
• Go beyond mockups: prototype and iterate rapidly, with growing opportunities to build features directly using modern tools and AI-assisted development
• Continuously research and try competing AI products to stay at the cutting edge of what works
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering team in tight feedback loops to ship fast and learn faster

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products for complex applications at a startup or in a fast-paced environment
• Deep curiosity about AI: you actively use and explore AI tools and products
• Ability to conduct user research and go beyond surface-level feedback to uncover root problems
• Proficiency in Figma or comparable design/prototyping tools
• Technical aptitude: coding skills are a strong plus, especially with the rise of vibe coding and AI-assisted development
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with usage metrics, A/B tests, and analytics
• Excellent communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams (engineering, customer success)
• Startup mentality: ownership, speed, resourcefulness
• Ability to crack a joke (in Swiss German or any language of choice)
