About the role

We're seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise sales at Third Chair (X25). You'll sell our AI-native IP enforcement platform to rightsholders across entertainment, luxury, sports, and music — running a high volume of high-stakes deals end-to-end while maintaining our high bar for quality and client service. This is a full-time role, ideal for a full-cycle seller who wants to get in early, shape how we sell, and dive into the frontier of technology and rights enforcement for the largest enterprises in the world.

Location: Remote, anywhere in the US

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and close.
Sell to rightsholders across entertainment companies, luxury brands, sports, and music labels / publishers.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit revenue targets.
Collaborate with the founders and Operations team to refine our sales playbook, messaging, and processes.
Work with our CTO and Technology team to turn customer feedback into a better platform.
Represent Third Chair as a trusted partner to sophisticated legal and business-affairs buyers.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience, ideally selling into enterprise or media/entertainment.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in high-stakes deals.
Strong negotiator who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Extremely organized, able to juggle a high volume of deals while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Hungry, entrepreneurial attitude with the drive and self-direction to thrive as an early sales hire.

Nice to Have

Experience selling to media, entertainment, sports, or luxury rightsholders.
Experience selling legal tech, compliance, or other technical/regulated products.
Startup or 0→1 sales experience, including building process from scratch.
Existing network among rightsholders, brands, or the music industry.
