The cloud agent operating system for knowledge work
IMPORTANT: the best way to apply is by submitting a video application by following the instructions on our jobs page here.
At Tasklet, we’re building the cloud agent OS for work. We believe we can be the main app that most knowledge workers use for everything.
Tasklet has strong organic growth already, but we’re still leaving a lot on the table. We need someone to own the full growth funnel — activation, conversion, expansion, and retention — and every system around it. That means trials, onboarding, training & docs, expansion (in spend and in seats), pricing & packaging, the billing system, fraud & abuse, support tiers, and the internal admin tooling that ties it all together.
You’ll make sure Tasklet works for companies of every size — from a solo prosumer signing up with a credit card to a Fortune 500 with a 90-day procurement cycle. That means owning the enterprise enablement motion: contracts, security & compliance (SOC 2, DPAs, vendor reviews), SSO/SCIM, procurement, invoicing & payment terms, and everything else a buyer needs to say yes.
You’ll design these systems, run them (yes, including the manual work — emails, calls, edge cases), instrument them, and experiment relentlessly. The goal is a closed-loop growth machine that compounds week over week. We’re a small early team, and you’ll need to build much of this from scratch.
This is a high-leverage role with broad scope intended for a truly exceptional & ambitious person.

The whole process can move very quickly.
Tasklet is building the cloud agent OS for knowledge work. Instead of switching between dozens of SaaS apps, our users connect one AI agent to all their tools and let it handle their work — pulling data, taking actions, generating UIs on the fly, and running 24/7 in the cloud.
We've raised $29.5M from Union Square Ventures, Lightspeed, Y Combinator, Jeff Dean, and Patrick & John Collison. Our team of 9 in San Francisco is led by Andrew Lee (founded Firebase, sold to Google) and Jonny Dimond, and includes engineers from Google, Amazon, and OpenAI.
We're growing fast, shipping constantly, and competing directly with the AI labs to build the agent platform that replaces legacy application software. Nearly every line of code here is written with AI — we're an engineer-driven team that believes deeply in giving models more agency and using them to multiply what a small team can do.
