We’ve built the largest global talent graph and tooling to deliver proprietary training datasets that improve models. We are relied on by top labs (think open ai, anthropic, google, etc) and enterprises for high-quality training environments.
Sepal AI was founded in 2024 by engineers + operators from Vercel + Turing. We went through YC, raised several million dollars from leading investors, closed several Fortune 500s + top AI research labs as customers paying.
Responsibilities
Sepal AI is seeking to hire a Strategic Project Lead - Founding Biz Ops to join our team. In this role, you will generate millions of dollars in revenue by executing large-scale data projects, building relationships with researchers from foundational AI labs, and unlocking new offerings by designing reinforcement learning environments and data generation systems, working directly with our engineering team, and collaborating with some of the brightest AI researchers in the world.
About you
- 1-3 YoE in MBB consulting or IB
- 1-3 YoE in Biz Ops / CoS / Start Ops roles
- Brings structure to ambiguity; able to drive outcomes
- Comfortable interfacing with executives, technical experts, and operators.
- Commercially minded, connecting operations directly to revenue and growth.
Compensation
- $100-140k cash comp
- Generous equity grant
- Commission-based bonuses
