GTM Fellow (1-Month Fellowship)

We're looking for two final-year students to join a one-month GTM Fellowship: a fast, hands-on sprint where you help us figure out what actually converts.

You'll be running live experiments on real infrastructure, talking to real prospects, and getting on trains and into offices for physical meetings. If it works, there's a full-time GTM seat waiting.

What you'll do

1. Run outbound experiments daily, you plug in on day one and start testing. You'll A/B different ICPs, subject-line angles, and channels, then report what moved.
2. Get down and dirty. Book meetings, take discovery calls, and yes, show up in person. A lot of what closes deals still happens face to face, and you'll be in the room.
3. Build with AI. You'll get AI credits to build your own tools, scrapers, and workflows to make outbound faster. If you can automate the boring parts, do it.
4. Own a number. Each fellow owns a segment or experiment and reports results. No hiding in a group.

You'll thrive if

• You're a final-year student who can commit to a month full-time, in-office in Bangalore.
• You have a bias for action. You'd rather ship a rough test today than plan a perfect one for next week.
• You write like a human. Crisp, persona-first messages, not corporate mush.
• You're comfortable with chaos and figuring things out without a playbook handed to you.
• You're technical enough to be dangerous with AI tools, even if you're not an engineer.

Nice to have

Any prior startup, sales, or outreach experience. Comfort with tools like Apollo, Clay, or Zapier. A track record of building small things (projects, side hustles, campaigns) on your own.

What you get

Rs 25,000 base stipend for the month, plus up to Rs 15,000 performance bonus tied to qualified meetings and opportunities you generate. AI credits to build your own tooling.
