About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Generalist / Growth & Operations Associate who’s eager to learn, experiment, and make things happen in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and drive initiatives that move the business forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to growth initiatives by supporting sales, partnerships, and product adoption.
• Identify gaps and design new processes or improve existing ones to enhance efficiency and scale.
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects, from idea to execution.
• Analyze data to identify problem statements, find root causes, and build actionable solutions.
• Work with different teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Be ready to wear multiple hats — from brainstorming ideas to managing operations, reporting insights, or interacting with customers.
• Maintain a hands-on approach and proactively contribute wherever needed.
