ABOUT US:
Repool makes it extremely easy to launch and operate hedge funds, similar to Carta or Angellist for hedge funds. To the extent you're familiar, we're a vertical SaaS. tl;dr - the hedge fund space is massive ($20T+ in assets), but extremely antiquated, and we’re modernizing it to making launching and operating funds easier.
Founded in 2021, Repool is a a profitable YC S21 fintech with over $6mm in funding and a small, hard-working team of 10 split between NYC and SF.
THE ROLE:
We're hiring for a junior or entry-level CSM with with anywhere from 0-3 years of experience either from (i) a venture backed startup; (ii) coming from finance, consulting, or similar; or (iii) straight out of college, in which case you’ll ideally be coming from a top 50 university and have previous internships in tech, finance, or consulting.
You'll get to own and build processes from the ground up and work closely with sophisticated clients in the financial services space, while being strongly supported by experienced startup veterans.
You'll work closely with Kevin, our CEO and co-founder, who has been a multiple time early-stage startup operator and leader on go-to-market teams, including most recently as Head of Revenue at Vitally, an a16z backed Customer Success platform, and Nick, our Head of Client Operations & Accounting, who spent time at Millenium and Citadel before joining Repool.
The role will be in-person in NYC only (3-4 days a week in office). We believe that having an in-person presence in the early days is critical for team-building, morale, and culture. This is not a remote-friendly role. We are not a 9/9/6 company but we do expect 50-55 hour weeks routinely, and, from time to time, may have periods of the year (especially Q1) where things may be more 9/9/6-ish, as we have seasonality to certain parts of our business.

Kevin was the Head of Revenue and employee #4 at Vitally, where he lead the team to a Series A from a16z.
